About Our Subprocessors
Cloud Cerebro Inc. uses certain third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to assist in providing our AI automation services. These subprocessors may process customer data on our behalf in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.
We carefully evaluate each subprocessor to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards. All subprocessors are contractually obligated to:
- Process data only as instructed by Cloud Cerebro
- Maintain appropriate security measures
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- Delete or return data upon termination of services
AI Model Providers
We partner with leading AI providers to deliver our intelligent automation capabilities. The specific provider(s) used may depend on your deployment configuration and requirements.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
AWS Bedrock
Purpose
Foundation model access and inference for enterprise AI workloads

Infrastructure Providers
Cloud Cerebro offers flexible deployment options. Your infrastructure provider depends on your organization's preferences and compliance requirements.
Customer-Selected Provider
Cloud Infrastructure
Purpose
Cloud Cerebro can be deployed on your chosen cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or private cloud) based on your requirements
Safeguards
Varies by provider; major cloud providers maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, and relevant compliance certifications
Note: For enterprise deployments, infrastructure can be provisioned within your own cloud account (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or on-premises, giving you full control over data residency.
Analytics Providers
We use analytics services to understand how visitors use our website and improve user experience. Analytics are only enabled with your consent.

Subprocessor Updates
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time. When we add new subprocessors that process customer data, we will:
- • Update this page with the new subprocessor information
- • Notify customers with an active DPA at least 30 days before the new subprocessor begins processing data
- • Provide customers the opportunity to object to the new subprocessor as described in our DPA
